Hi, I’m Melissa, founder of Camp Fun Club, sports business leader, and most importantly, a mom.
As a mother, I understand how important it is for parents to find a camp they can truly trust. One that is safe, fun, reliable, and built
around the realities of family life. That understanding is at the heart of Camp Fun Club.
My background is in sports, recreation, and family programming. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work for the U.S. Open and the PGA TOUR. Later, I became CEO of The GreenTree SportsPlex, where I helped grow the business and develop successful family-focused programs, including youth summer camps and birthday parties. I hold degrees in Sport Management, Business Management, and Entrepreneurship.
Camp Fun Club was born from that experience, and from seeing a clear need for a full-day summer camp that families could depend on. I wanted to build a place where kids could stay active, make friends, and create lasting memories, while parents felt confident they had chosen a program designed with both fun and trust in mind.
Along the way, I’ve been honored to receive recognition as Female CEO of the Year – Community Innovation and Most Trailblazing Business Icon of the Year. Still, the career accomplishment that means the most to me is creating something that brings joy to children and peace of mind to parents.
